SHIPPING COVID-19 NOTICE
Items ordered before 12 noon (PST) are typically shipped out the same day (M-F). However, due to COVID-19 There may be unexpected delays from the Postal service beyond our control. In most cases the delay may only be a few days but there may be some instances of longer delays if border crossing is required for the shipment. Additional delays may be experienced if the product you are looking for is not in stock and we must wait for stock to arrive from our supplier. Thank you for your patience.
Please note all our online pricing, including shipping fees are in Canadian dollars.
Other than drop shipped items, we ship all items from our warehouse in Langley BC. We do ship items internationally.
For those items requiring shipping, if the order is placed before 12 noon Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, we do our best to ship it out that same day. The cost for shipping is calculated and charged during the checkout process.
Items sent as Expedited Parcel (or alternate faster service, depending on your selection) allows for parcel tracking. You will receive a notification with tracking information when your package is shipped. If Letter mail is available and selected during checkout please be aware there is no tracking available. Once it has left our location we have no way of knowing when it will arrive to you. Typically letter mail arrives within two to three weeks in Canada and USA locations.
There may be instances where shipping options, not available at the time of your purchase, become available to P2C STORE at the time of order processing. In some cases an alternate shipping method may be selected by P2C STORE as long as it can be delivered in the same time frame as the option selected at checkout.
Please note that any additional shipping costs, taxes or customs duties that may apply in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Parcels may be inspected by customs authorities. We may be required to provide certain shipment, personal and product information to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and to comply with local regulations.

Send us your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Your refund will be processed to the same credit card or account by which you paid. The refund is processed once the items arrive back at our location.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless one of the following is the case:
1) An error was made by P2C Store in shipping your order and you received the wrong items
2) The item arrived damaged
Please return with original packaging on items being returned.
Please note there are no refunds for the following items:
- Electronic gift certificates
- Digital downloads
- Opened CD's and DVD's
- Any final clearance items (unless damaged during shipping)
