About the Authors
Archibald Daniel Hart, PhD, FPPR, is a retired professor of psychology and Dean Emeritus of Fuller Graduate School of Psychology, Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, California. He is an internationally known speaker and author whose books include Adrenaline and Stress, Children and Divorce, The Sexual Man, The Anxiety Cure, Thrilled to Death, and many others.
 
Sharon May, PhD, is founder of Safe Haven Relationship Center, with locations in Carlsbad and Pasadena, California, and the Safe Haven Model (faith-based EFT). She received her PhD in marriage and family therapy from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology and is a licensed marriage and family therapist in California. She is the author of numerous articles and chapters in books on relationships and an expert in emotionally focused therapy. She teaches internationally and contributes regularly to both broadcast and print media.
